PastMania – Casa della Pasta – is a journey of passion that starts from a simple idea: to give artisanal pasta the place it deserves. At a time when restaurants often try to do everything, we chose to do only one thing – pasta – but to do it in the best possible way.
In our kitchen, pasta is produced on site, every day, by hand and with fresh ingredients, respecting Italian tradition and creating a menu with over 26 original recipes and over 10 different types of pasta. Each dish tells a story – from the classics of Rome and Naples, to our own inventions inspired by the sea, the land and the season.
PastMania is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Durrës, with a fascinating view of the historic center and the ancient amphitheater. During the warmer months, our panoramic terrace turns into a place of relaxation where summer cocktails, light music and the aroma of freshly prepared pasta are enjoyed.
Another innovation we offer is the personalized Tagliera – a dish that you create yourself, choosing from artisanal ingredients: cheeses, hams, vegetables and many more, for an experience built according to your taste.
