At Pastamania – Casa della Pasta in Durrës, every week we introduce a special dish with a story to tell.
From February 1 to 8, our Pasta of the Week is Del Peccato — a contemporary creation that doesn’t seek attention, yet naturally earns it. A pasta built on contrast and balance, with carefully selected ingredients, where simplicity turns into temptation.
A dish that speaks without noise
There are dishes that demand attention.
And there are dishes that attract it effortlessly.
Del Peccato is designed as a thoughtfully composed combination, where every ingredient has its role and nothing is excessive.
Two tortelloni, two personalities
At the heart of the dish are two tortelloni with distinct characters, yet in perfect harmony.
The nero tortellone, filled with porcini mushrooms, brings depth and earthy flavor.
The rosso tortellone, with ricotta, adds softness and calm.
Balance, freshness, and elegance
The shrimp sauce gently binds the elements without overpowering them.
Viola shrimp tartare adds freshness and elegance, while lime and mint open up the palate, giving the dish a light, modern touch.
A refined finish
Finally, a 30-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. cream brings structure and finesse, completing the dish.
Our philosophy on a plate
As our Pasta of the Week, Del Peccato embodies our philosophy: quality ingredients, clean combinations, and an experience that needs no long explanations.
A dish you try once…
and usually order again.
