Erano le fredde notti d\u2019autunno quando i locali preparavano piatti caldi con ci\u00f2 che la terra e le loro mani offrivano: funghi raccolti nel bosco, salsicce fresche, aglio, olio d\u2019oliva, pecorino e pomodorini piccoli per dolcezza e colore.
