This week, we\u2019ve chosen a combination that may seem simple, yet is crafted to deliver full flavor in every bite. Tortelloni filled with ricotta or porcini, prepared with butter infused with sage and rosemary, create a rich and well-balanced base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top, everything comes together through the details: the crunch of toasted breadcrumbs with anchovies, the fresh aroma of lemon zest, and the contrast between the softness of the pasta and the added texture that brings character.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
