The Pasta of the Week is our concept where every week we bring a new pasta recipe, created specifically for that period. It’s not a dish that stays on the menu permanently – it’s a temporary choice, designed to surprise and offer a new experience each week.

Paccheri Gold – Pasta of the Week

The pasta chosen for the week of January 12–18, 2026, is Paccheri Gold. Perfectly cooked paccheri, served with fresh shrimp, aromatic speck, and mushrooms, tied together by a delicate hint of saffron. 30-month Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil complete the dish, giving it a rich and refined flavor.
