A dish built on balance. The pea and spinach cream brings natural sweetness and the signature color of the season, while fresh mint adds a light and clean aroma that makes the dish surprising from the very first spoonful.
At its center is burrata cream — soft, creamy, and elegant — perfectly combined with our fresh handmade pasta prepared daily in our kitchen.
